The first floor at The Place on Park was thoughtfully designed to make hosting easy, functional, and welcoming for every type of event. Featuring two separate event rooms, this layout allows for flexibility in how you use the space - whether you want separate areas for dining and activities, adults and children, networking and presentations, or simply a natural flow throughout your event.

The space also includes two bathrooms, including one handicap-accessible restroom, creating a comfortable and accessible experience for all guests.

Guests are welcomed through a charming foyer-style entrance area that serves as the perfect place to set the tone for your event - whether that’s a welcome table, photo moment, dessert display, check-in station, or custom décor installation.

A dedicated kitchen staging area allows for easy prep and staff staging area, helping your event run smoothly behind the scenes without interrupting the main gathering areas.

With three accessible entrances from the front yard, backyard, and side porch, the first floor offers a unique layout that makes guest flow, vendor setup, outdoor access, and event transitions feel effortless. Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, shower, class, workshop, networking event, or celebration, the layout was intentionally created to make entertaining both practical and elevated.
