The Place on Park is a flexible community and event space designed for a wide variety of gatherings including birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, networking events, workshops, classes, pop-ups, photo shoots, vendor markets, corporate events, holiday parties, content creation days, community gatherings, and more.

Yes. Our spaces are rented hourly, with customizable rental options depending on the type of event and which areas of the property you would like to use. We offer both individual space rentals and full-property packages. To reserve your date, an inquiry form and signed rental agreement are required along with a non-refundable deposit. Currently we charge $200 an hour for our first floor rental (which is our most popular) and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. If you’d like to rent any of the other spaces or rent multiple spaces please contact us for pricing! We can’t wait to work with you!

Rental time includes both 15 minutes free setup and breakdown time. We provide a small grace period before and after events, but additional setup or cleanup time outside of your reservation may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for returning the space in the condition it was received, removing all decorations and personal items, and disposing of garbage properly at the conclusion of the event.

Alcohol is permitted only when served by a licensed and insured bartender or alcohol service provider. Proof of liquor liability insurance and vendor insurance may be required prior to the event. All alcohol service must comply with New York State laws and venue policies. Please drink responsibly.

Bounce houses are unfortunately NOT permitted at this time however, soft play setups, ball pits, and other children’s party equipment are permitted at The Place on Park with prior approval. All vendors providing play equipment must be properly insured and are required to provide a certificate of insurance before the event date.

Our barn and outdoor event space are seasonal and offer a more open-air experience. Heating and cooling accommodations are not available at this time, so we encourage clients to discuss their specific event needs with us when booking.

Simple answer: Our first floor (most popular space) holds 60 guests if no outside activities or soft play are brought in. 50 people if you plan to bring in soft play etc. Better answer: Capacity varies depending on which areas of the property are being used and the style of the event. Our downstairs first floor can comfortably accommodate intimate to medium-sized gatherings, while combining multiple spaces allows for larger events and better guest flow. We are happy to discuss capacity recommendations based on your event type and layout needs.

Yes. Basic tables and chairs are included with most rentals. We have beautiful white oak wood tables that seat 40 along with 3 6 foot folding tables and 40 white folding chairs. We also have a beautiful white bar. The quantity and setup options may vary depending on the space reserved and guest count. Additional rentals, specialty furniture, and upgraded setups can also be coordinated for larger or custom events.

Yes. At The Place on Park, we want you to have the flexibility to make your event feel personalized and unique to your vision. Guests are welcome to bring in their own food, décor, and outside vendors including caterers, balloon artists, photographers, entertainment, soft play companies, and more.

We do require that all outside vendors operate professionally and, in certain cases, provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event. Decorations are welcome, however we ask that nothing be permanently attached to walls, windows, or fixtures in order to help preserve the space.
