Our Story

The Place on Park was created from a simple idea: people need spaces that bring them together. As sisters, mothers, entrepreneurs, and mortgage consultants, we saw firsthand how important community, connection, and opportunity truly are - and how difficult it was to find a space that felt both functional and meaningful.

What started as a vision quickly became something much bigger than just a venue. We wanted to create a place where families could celebrate, businesses could grow, creatives could collaborate, and community could genuinely connect under one roof. A place where a child’s birthday party could happen one day, a networking event the next, a workshop the following morning, and a community market that weekend.

As mortgage consultants deeply rooted in helping families build stability, wealth, and legacy through homeownership, opening The Place on Park also felt like a natural extension of who we are and what we value. In addition to serving as a community and event space, The Place on Park is also home to our second mortgage branch location in the heart of Bay Shore - allowing us to combine business, community, and connection in a way that feels authentic to us.

The idea for The Place on Park came from our own experiences as a working mom and business owners constantly searching for spaces that felt elevated yet approachable - spaces that encouraged creativity, collaboration, and support. We wanted to build something that reflected the kind of community we believe in: one rooted in inclusivity, opportunity, celebration, and bringing people together.

Today, The Place on Park is more than just a rental space. It’s home to celebrations, milestones, businesses, workshops, photoshoots, networking events, community gatherings, and so much more. Every room was intentionally designed to feel adaptable, inviting, and inspiring so that each person who walks through our doors can make the space their own.

At the heart of everything we do is one belief: everyone deserves a seat at the table. And that is exactly why The Place on Park was created.
